BIO
Dr. Nasrin Sohrabi is a lecturer in Cybersecurity discipline, the School of Information Technologies, Deakin University. She received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from RMIT University. She obtained a Bachelor degree in Computer engineering (software) and an Honours degree in computer science. She has several publications in high-ranked and valued conferences and journals, including ICDE, IEEE Transactions on Services Computings, ACM Computing Surveys, IEEE Transactions on Transportation Systems, and IEEE Access. She has published a book in the area of security. Additionally, Nasrin has over a decade of industry experience as a software engineer. More recently, she was a Senior Software Engineer working on Secure Digital Payment System.
