I co-authored and contributed to a publication for ACEN (Australian Collaborative Education Network (ACEN) has officially changed its name to Work-Integrated Learning Australia LTD.). Our paper was shortlisted and published on WILA's website, and I also co-presented 'Developing Work Readiness Through Community Engagement' at the conference.
Managed the implementation of DeakinTALENT’s new career’s platform to support 63k students and alumni.
Implemented new career platform in a short 6-month timeframe. Planned and executed training and communications
to all stakeholders. Project launch deemed a success by the executive steering committee, and Deakin University is the
first University in Australia to implement this careers platform using targetconnect.
• Collaborated with the Health Faculty to develop a new career mentoring pilot program. Created the program structure,
a career mentoring ‘toolkit’, and monitored the program throughout the 3-month duration.
• Delivered over 40 distinct projects to a wide range of external non-profit clients including Guitars for Veterans, Health
Issues Centre, Netball Victoria, Melbourne Water and Lyndoch Living Aged Care.
• Directed a team of 5 Project Managers, communicating regularly on Hub updates and expected project outcomes.

• Created and implemented a Project Management Wiki – a knowledge repository containing 50+ ‘best practices’ for
PMs to assist project teams.
• Planned and liaised with stakeholders including clients, internal Deakin WIL teams to create project briefs. Conducted
20+ group interviews each trimester as part of the student recruitment process.
• Guided teams of 8-10 interns from multi-disciplinary backgrounds, delivering project outcomes that have met or
exceeded client expectations.
• Received a perfect 100% NPS rating from recent intern evaluations, the highest feedback ever received by a project
manager in the FreelancingHUB.
