BIO

Dr. Xueli Tang’s research revolves mainly around income inequality, fiscal policy, economic growth, saving, consumption, retirement, social security and productivity. This line of research has been published exclusively in peer- reviewed, internationally highly ranked journals, e.g., European Economic Review, International Economic Review, Journal of Economic Growth, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Journal of Banking and Finance, Econometrica, etc. He serves as an Editor of Review of Economics of the Household and Associate Editor of Macroeconomic Dynamics, Economic Inquiry and Public Finance Review. 

Dr. Tang completed his PhD in the University of Auckland. He also completed a Graduate Certificate of Higher Education in Deakin University.
