BIO
Dr Sam Hoffmann is a Senior Lecturer in Applied Exercise and Sport Science, and ESSA Accredited Exercise Scientist and Sport Scientist (level 2). She is also the Deputy Course Director of the Postgraduate Applied Sport Science suite of courses, and co-convenor of the Women in Sport and Exercise (WISE) network. Her research focuses on applied sport and exercise physiology specialising in female-specific responses to training, heat stress, and performance.
