 My interdisciplinary research explores critical aspects of modern business and organisational dynamics. My expertise encompasses:

• Artificial Intelligence adoption by firms: Examining its impact on operating efficiency and strategic outcomes through rigorous financial disclosure analysis.
• Corporate culture: Understanding how diverse facets (from integrity to market-driven approaches) influence firm performance and disclosure practices, including climate-change reporting.
• Corporate governance: Delving into structures and their effects on organisational success, offering unique insights, particularly within the not-for-profit sector.
• Climate risk on financial markets: Analysing its profound implications for housing market vulnerability, mortgage default rates, and the need for climate-informed mortgage policy.

A significant methodological strength is my extensive use of text analysis to extract valuable intelligence from large, unstructured datasets like annual reports, providing novel perspectives on complex corporate phenomena.

This work has led to publications in 7 A* journals and the securing of over $370,000 in external funding, underscoring the impact and relevance of my contributions.
