RESEARCH INTERESTS
A focal point of my research is to improve health outcomes of the population, particularly through nutrition. I have a special interest in dietary iron and its bioavailability among various population groups. I am actively involved in research projects relating to early childhood nutrition, obesity risk, and the role of the diet in Multiple Sclerosis.
