TEACHING EXPERTISE
Cameron Bishop has been teaching in the tertiary sector for over 20 years and has taught across sculpture, art history and theory, digital media, public art, painting, and drawing at institutions in Australia and New Zealand. While lecturing at undergraduate and supervising at postgraduate levels in studio and theory at Deakin University he has led in the development of the Visual Arts curriculum over several course renewals and restructures. Through programs that he has established, particularly in leading the creative arts offerings in Geelong, numerous students have gone on to become successful artists, researchers, teachers, curators, art therapists, gallery directors, public art officers and community arts workers.
