BIO

Professor Andrew Noblet is a Chair in Organisational Behaviour (Deakin Business School) and a Co-Director of Research in the Department of Management. Andrew has has established a strong track record as a workplace mental health researcher. His research interests are in the areas of job stress and employee wellbeing, job engagement, leader-member relationships, and intervention research. Much of Andrew's recent work has focused on planning, implementing and evaluating strategies aimed to enhance the health of workers and the environments in which they work. Andrew also has considerable expertise developing and delivering large, externally-funded research projects. He is a Chief Investigator on 17 successful external grant applications including two ARC Linkage grants, two NHMRC Partnership grants and six large grants from Federal and State-based funding bodies (Department of Industry, Science, Energy & Resources; Beyond Blue; WorkSafe Victoria; VicHealth; ISCRR; Department of Health and Human Services; ABS).
