BIO

I teach and conduct research in Applied Sport Science on our Waurn Ponds campus in Geelong. I teach a variety of topics into our Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and Masters of Applied Sport Science courses. My primary area of teaching is sport performance analysis in our Masters course. My research interests are about the measurement, analysis and prediction of performance in sport. I supervise research students and collaborate with colleagues on a variety of topics. I have an interest in Australian football and cycling. I am also interested in the use of data science (data mining) and wearable technology.

Research Groups
Dan is a member of the Centre for Sport Research (CSR) and a co-leader of the Sport Performance & Nutrition group.
