BIO
Kelly Green is a Teaching Scholar in Deakin Law School. Kelly's teaching interests include Defamation Law, Misleading Conduct and Economic Torts, Legal Practice & Ethics and foundational first-year knowledge and skills-based units.
Prior to joining Deakin, she was in private practice for a number of years, originally specialising in Commercial Litigation. She appeared regularly in court in bankruptcy and liquidation matters, before moving into Property & Commercial law.
Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Graduate Certificate of Higher Education from Deakin University and her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in Australia. She is currently completing her Doctor of Philosophy in Defamation Law.
