BIO

Dr Mark Rahimi is a senior psychosocial researcher focused on education policy and leadership, using large-scale quantitative analyses. He works as a senior analyst and data scientist with expertise in longitudinal research and advanced analytics. His work focuses on education policy and the wellbeing and working conditions of educators and graduates, with contributions to international education, workforce mobility and employability research. Mark has led/co-led complex studies including longitudinal designs, integrated data systems and multi-instrument and multil-lingual surveys. He has been involved in numerous high-impact studies aimed at informing education policy and improving workforce wellbeing. In recent years, he has worked with international and national organisations including Education International (EI), the National Excellence in School Leadership Institute (NESLI), the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL), Australian Government Primary Principals Association (AGPPA), the Principals Association of Specialist Schools (PASS), the Irish Primary Principals Network (IPPN), the National Association of Principals and Deputy Principals (NAPD), the New Zealand Educational Institute (NZEI), the New Zealand Post Primary Teachers' Association Te Wehengarua (PPTA), the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IB), WorldSkills International, SchoolTV and CPA Australia.
