Graduate Academic Skills Advisor, Deakin, Arts and Education (2016 – February 2024)

• Co-writer and developer of two iterations of the Research Framing and Development Unit

(graduate coursework). Sample curricula include:

o Methodology and Methods; Knowledge and Indigenous Knowledge; Conceptual

and Theoretical Frameworks; Literature Reviews; Preparing for Colloquium and

Research Design.

• Sole teacher of the Research Framing and Development Unit since its inception in 2016.

• Team teaching academic skills in workshops and seminars to graduates in Arts and

Education. Sample curricula include:

Academic Writing and Style; Avoiding Plagiarism; Interview Skills for Data
