TEACHING EXPERTISE
Matthias overall ambition is to provide an educational experience for highly trained researchers and engineers that will enable them to reach senior positions in academia and Australian manufacturing industries to contribute to a local renaissance of engineering manufacturing in Australia. For this Matthias has established successful approaches for training undergraduates, PhDs and Early Career Researchers (ECRs) in best practice for research and supervision and have provided platforms for early industry exposure and training in form of internships and industry-linked research activities.
