I’m an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian and Associate Professor Dietetics, having worked across the public and private clinical healthcare sectors. My research targets the link between pregnancy nutrition and maternal and neonatal health and disease. Further, my work explores nutritional factors and dietary behaviors during pregnancy and how improved access to effective nutrition education and antenatal healthcare systems for women can be achieved. I am an experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher and have previously designed and implemented pilot intervention trials.
