Mike Bengough is a Lecturer in the Management Discipline Group in the Deakin Business School. He is the Unit Chair and Lecturer in the post-graduate units of Managed Change and Management and Organisational Consulting and the under-graduate unit Change Management. He is an accomplished financial services professional having worked in the National Australia Bank for 20 years. Mike's primary objective is to utilise his experience, knowledge and communication and people skills to drive business excellence.
