With over ten years of experience in higher education, I possess a strong background in program design and delivery across various formats. I have developed and revamped curriculum, multimedia resources, and assessment methods for undergraduate, postgraduate, online, on-campus, and blended learning programs. I am also adept at maintaining programs' compliance with international and professional accreditation standards.

A key accomplishment at Deakin University was leading the development of two core programs for the Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Planning) and Master of Financial Planning programs. These programs focus on the behavioural and relationship aspects of financial advice.

By leveraging insights from behavioural science, these programs equip students with the skills to build trust, effectively communicate the value of financial advice, and engage clients throughout the financial planning journey. Additionally, students gain exposure to behavioural finance, fostering an understanding of the factors influencing financial behaviour and decision-making, along with strategies to promote positive behavioural change.
