I am a clinical psychologist, teacher and researcher.

I am interested in human performance, resilience, happiness, confidence, depression, anxiety and stress. What motivates us, what drives us, what we value and that which is consciously and unconsciously important to us.

I am skilled in the assessment and treatment of the human condition, particularly at its most vulnerable. I enjoy the challenge of applying statistics and evidence based frameworks to dynamic constructs such as human behaviour and balancing this with clinical experience and judgement.

Facilitation of learning is a strength and personal value of mine. At the individual level with a client, a two way process in helping them understand and manage their thoughts, emotions, feelings and behaviour in a way that fits with their value system. At the group level, I facilitate learning through the collision of ideas, enabling groups to 'storm' and perform. I enjoy public speaking, and I enjoy listening and understanding.
