DrKaushalya Nallaperuma

Dr Kaushi is an academic in Information Systems and Business Analytics, teaching across Analytics and Information Systems units, including Predictive Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Digital Business Analysis, and AI Ethics. Her teaching practice emphasises inclusive and applied learning, the application of aesthetic pedagogical approaches, and the use of technology for better engagement in the classroom. 

Dr. Kaushi’s research bridges digital ethics, AI systems, and AI adoption and challenges current work in large language models, agentic AI in organisational contexts, and the social impact of digital teams and usage behaviours. Her work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences, contributing to debates on responsible and human-centred technology adoption.
