TEACHING EXPERTISE

Natalie's teaching and learning approach is pragmatic and informed by evidence-based practice to design and deliver innovative programs that respond to community needs, and state and national policy to best support student learning experience and outcomes. She values the role of assessment designed authentically for the context of student’s future employability has for their graduate learning outcomes. Her nurturing, approachable and dynamic dispositions are essential for the teaching and learning of students and leadership of staff in higher education. She views building respectful and reciprocal relationships with students as important for their sense of belonging to the University, driving their success and inclusion.
