DrVin Senadheera

Dr. Vindaya Senadheera gained his PhD in Information Systems from the Deakin University, Australia and is presently engaged in teaching and research with the Deakin Business School. His PhD was on the adoption of social media as a method of communication. His research interests are in Social Media Adoption, Cloud computing, Big Data and Digital Data Streams. Graduated as a computer systems engineer, Dr. Vindaya Senadheera also holds Master of information systems management degree.

Prior to his involvement in research and teaching, Dr. Vindaya Senadheera worked as an information systems/technology professional in customer-facing IT/IS service delivery and support leadership roles. He is also a certified scrum master and hold ITIL certification. With his extensive knowledge and experience in the business-IS/IT space, he continues to advise businesses in areas of streamlining web presence, cloud computing, and information system governance.

Dr. Vindaya Senadheera is also an enthusiast of Green IT and volunteers in activities that promote the use of information technology for environmentally sustainable economic growth.
