Kerrie Parker (FCPA, GAICD) has held CEO, CFO and executive leadership roles
in fast moving consumer goods, agriculture, manufacturing, financial services
and state government departments.
With more than thirty years' experience Kerrie has lead through growth,
turnaround and crisis situations, including the acquisition and divestment of
brands and businesses.
She has been involved in several successful business transformations and
experience has been gained in ASX publically listed, multinational, private
equity investments and state government bodies. She is also an independent
company director.
Kerrie has a strong financial and operational understanding of the Australian
manufacturing environment developed through her time at Sara Lee, Golden
Circle and Amcor with significant experience in driving profitability
improvements by process optimisation, plant rationalisation, business
improvements and overhead restructures.
Kerrie spent time within the Victorian Government, managing large scale change
projects during a time of transformation and reform, focused on adding value
through strong and proper financial management practices, and innovative
business solutions.
Kerrie graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business
(Accounting) and has a Graduate Certificate of Information Technology
completed at Swinburne University. She is a Fellow Certified Practising
Accountant (FCPA) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company
Directors (GAICD).
