TEACHING EXPERTISE
Samantha is the Unit Chair for Qualitative Health Research (HSH715/915) which is delivered to Master of Public Health, Master of Health Promotion, and PhD students. She has regularly received 100% student satisfaction scores for her teaching.
Samantha has a particular interest in mental health promotion and support for international students. She is the co-founder of the Qualitative Cafe, a drop in study support and social connection space for first year postgraduate students. The Qual Cafe was awarded the 2024 Vice Chancellors Award for Student Engagement.
