BIO
Stephanie is a Research Fellow in the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Intsitute of Health Transformation, and Centre for Quality and Patient Safety Research.
Stephanie's research is driven by her passion to improve individual's health and wellbeing across their entire lives. Her current research is focused on creating health promoting, safe, and sustainable jobs. Stephanie uses mixed methods research and co-design to ensure her work targets industry and community needs.
Stephanie is the Australian Early-Career Researcher (ECR) representative for the International Goldilocks Work Network and the ECR representative for the Institute for Health Transformation Impact Strategic Pillar. In 2024 she was recognised as a Highly Commendable Early Career Researcher. From 2022-2024 Stephanie was on the executive committee of the International Society for Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity (ISPNA) from 2022-2024, where she co-developed the 'Building Future Leaders' program.
