TEACHING EXPERTISE
At undergraduate level at Deakin, I convene and teach a very popular course on the 'Government and Politics of the United States' (AIP208). I also contribute to several team-taught units, especially the 'Introduction to Politics' and 'Research Methods.'
At postgraduate level at Deakin, I convene and teach the Master's unit on 'Political Competition: Rules, Actors and Dynamics' (AIP785) and 'Governance and Accountability in Turbulent Times' (AIP773).
I'm keen to supervise students who are interested in pursuing empirical or theoretical projects on topics such as: constitutions and constitutional structures (e.g., parliaments, executives); political parties and party systems; political finance and political integrity; democratic stability and political change; politics of disinformation.
