BIO
An experienced Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at Deakin University. With a demonstrated history of lecturing in the higher education industry across undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programs. A joint recipient of a Deakin Vice Chancellor Award in Teaching Excellence (2022) and Office of National Intelligence and Security Discovery Research Grant (2025). Approved HDR supervisor and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Loch actively supervises students across fourth year, Masters, and PhD programs.
A registered Organisational Psychologist (PsyBA:AHPRA), Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), Board Approved Psychology Supervisor (BAPS) and a Fellow of the APS College of Organisational Psychologists (COP).
