As an emerging researcher and lecturer, education focused, Helen brings a unique perspective on educational innovation, relational pedagogy, and performative approaches.  She is currently examining the nexus between preservice teachers meeting mandatory requirements and the nuanced specificity of school practices that facilitate this process, and might contribute to positively affecting their modalities of teaching.

Helen is curious about the ways to prepare future educators who can critically engage with and resist ideological influences within social and institutional practices.
