TEACHING EXPERTISE

Dr Simone McCarthy has collaborated with Deakin researchers in fostering public health students in their honours, masters and PhD supervision. Since 2021 she has supervised five Masters of Public Health students and an honours student who all received H1s and awards for their work. She currently supervises two Masters of Public Health/Health Promotion students and a PhD student. She has also contributed to guest lectures for the Faculty of Health Honours course (HSH401) and have assisted in the development of course materials for Qualitative Health Research for Masters (HSH715/915).
