BIO

Dr Munirul Nabin is a Senior Lecturer in Economics, Department of Economics,
Deakin University. Munirul completed his PhD in Economics from the University
New South Wales (UNSW) in 2005. Prior to joining Deakin, he worked for UNSW
and Federation University (formerly known as Ballarat University).

Dr. Nabin teaches mainly MBA students. He has taught competitive analysis,
economics for managers, trade and global supply chain, game theory and its application to business, economics
and quantitative methods.

Munirul won both the Faculty Excellence Research award and the University
Excellence Teaching award from Deakin University. He also won the Vice-
Chancellor Commendation Award of teaching from Deakin University.

Munirul Nabin is also serving as an Associate Editor of Humanities and Social
Sciences Communications (HSSCOMMS), (A journal in the Nature Portfolio:
https://www.nature.com/palcomms/ )

Munirul Nabin is seving as a council member of Australian Economic Society , Victoria Branch.
He is also a Advisory Council member of ST. Mathews Catholic Primary School.
