RESEARCH INTERESTS

As a qualitative researcher, Dr George is passionate about understanding ways to create equitable and sustainable food systems that improve health and equity. She is also passionate about gender justice and believes that a stronger gender lens is key to tackling food security. Additionally, she holds a deep interest in exploring opportunities and challenges pertaining to access and equity in the Higher Education sector. This includes exploring policies and strategies that can not only enhance the experience of international students but also create a more inclusive and effective learning environment that benefits all students.
