As Hycel's Social Licence, Communication and Engagement Lead, Ailiche specialises in best practice communication and engagement that builds social licence for sustainable futures. Based at Deakin’s Warrnambool campus at Hycel Technology Hub, Ailiche is deeply connected to the communities in south west Victoria. At Hycel, Ailiche leads the hydrogen social licence research, communication, and engagement program where she brings research, industry, and community together to develop outcomes for broad benefit.
Ailiche has shaped Hycel’s social licence program so that knowledge captured at the regional and industry level informs the national dialogue on hydrogen social licence. Ailiche advocates for cross sector partnerships, STEM education, and sustained community engagement that readies Australia for the clean energy transition.
