RESEARCH INTERESTS
Joshua's research focuses on personality in relation to four major themes: (a) investigation of the fundamentals of personality, including structure and cross-cultural comparisons, (b) use in staff selection and development, (c) health and safety behaviours and outcomes, and (d) well-being. He has published in leading journals such as Psychological Bulletin and European Journal of Personality.
