MsVicki Kavadas

Vicki is an experienced educator in organisational psychology, dedicated to delivering evidence-based, engaging, and practical learning experiences. She has teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including coaching and counselling units, as well as multiple units within the Master of Psychology (Organisational) course.

Vicki’s teaching philosophy is rooted in fostering a psychologically safe learning environment, critical thinking, applying real-world case studies, and encouraging reflective practice to bridge the gap between theory and practice. She employs a diverse range of teaching methods, including experiential learning, blended learning approaches, and the integration of industry insights to equip students with relevant, applied skills.

In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Vicki provides research supervision and facilitates professional development initiatives and workshops, supporting students in their academic and professional growth.
