MrAdrian Tralaggan

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Graduate Diploma’s in Industrial Relations and Applied Psychology and a Master of Learning and Development. In addition, I am a Registered Psychologist, with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority (AHPRA). Prior to joining Deakin, I had a number of years of professional experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development, across the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors and in a Federal Government owned business. In addition, for several years I ran LifeWorks Consulting, a boutique consulting practice, focused on learning & development, facilitation and recruitment services. I also worked as a career coach for two of Australia leading outplacement consultancies and practiced as a psychologist in a private practice, dedicated to the mental health and wellbeing of boys and men.
