TEACHING EXPERTISE

My teaching approach prioritizes fostering student engagement through encouraging questions, promoting opinion expression, & facilitating active participation in both physical & online discussions. Over the past decade, I have delivered a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate units in IT, and Computer Science. At DU, I have taught ten units, including capstone units, using various formats such as face-to-face, online & hybrid modes. Academic leadership has highly valued my commitment, as evidenced by receiving the SIT Teaching & Learning Student Learning Award for excellence in unit leadership and supporting student learning (2021). I have successfully chaired & coordinated several units, including those offered at multiple campuses with large teaching teams.
