RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research focuses on the early childhood education and care workforce. In particular, I explore the retention of educators with concern for their flourishing. Through recent research projects, I have explored the relationship between retention, teacher agency, job satisfaction, relationality, and meaningful work. Through my research, I aim to inform equitable and supportive workplace environments that appreciates and empowers individuals, teams, and the collective early childhood workforce.
