RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research lies at the intersection of machine learning, deep learning, and information retrieval, with a focus on developing data-driven techniques for effective decision support. As co-leader of the Machine Learning for Decision Support (MLDS) Group at Deakin University, I design scalable algorithms for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics applied to large-scale data. My work spans applications such as recommender systems, interactive visual search, social network analysis, and data quality assessment.
