BIO

Briana Randall is a Research Officer in the Metabolic Research Unit (MRU) as part of the Deakin University Institute for Mental and Physical Health and Clinical Translation. She has more than 20 years of experience in molecular biology research.

 

Throughout her career, Briana has contributed to research aimed at identifying novel treatments for Type 2 diabetes and mental health disorders. She enjoys the challenge of translating laboratory discoveries into research that has the potential to improve health outcomes, and is particularly passionate about supporting the development of students and early-career researchers.
