RESEARCH INTERESTS
My PhD thesis, titled 'Negotiating Differences: Stimulating Creative Thinking
through Critical Engagement' investigated the role of differences of opinion
within groups on students' engagement in creative, critical thinking within
the discipline of Geography.
In my post-doctoral research, I continue my research into effective pedagogies
within Humanities classrooms. Other areas of interest include; the transfer of
knowledge and skills from pre-service teaching course to the classroom for
graduate teachers and the experiences of pre-service teachers learning online.
