BIO
Zoë Brittain is a PhD student at Deakin University, based in Warrnambool. Having completed dual bachelors in Anthropology and Environmental Science, she currently works within the DeakinSeaweed group with a focus on people and seaweed. In particular, she works with saltwater Aboriginal peoples in south-west Victoria on revitalisation of cultural seaweed knowledge and their rights and roles within seaweed management and industry.
