BIO

Abhigale is a passionate graduate researcher within the School of Exercise and Nutrition Science (Institute of Physical Activity and Nutrition) at Deakin University. Her research focuses on understanding the associations between health behaviours like physical activity and sleep with self-regulation skill development in early childhood. She is interested in supporting parents in encouraging healthy behaviours and fostering functional self-regulation development in young children.
