Dr Brian’s expertise spans mixed-methods research, qualitative inquiry, and health systems innovation. His PhD explored the psychological impacts of COVID-19 on frontline healthcare workers, examining how evolving stressors and systemic determinants have shaped their mental health over time. He has published multiple peer-reviewed papers and is committed to translating research into actionable strategies to strengthen workforce resilience and support.
