Notably, I’ve delivered substantial innovation, reliability and success in end-to-end commercial university business engagement, development and management including development of comprehensive process map and digital management system for such, constructive positive understanding of issues of the strategic management of university-industry engagement, world leading contributions to the development, characterisation and assessment of adsorbents, catalysts, adsorption & catalysis processes, and chemical sciences more broadly over two decades (including carbon capture & conversion science and technologies) successfully building national and international research collaborations and winning and helping win Victoria Fellowship, AFAS Associate, Monash-Warwick Alliance Research Catalyst Fund, ARC and CRC awards, developed and managed Monash University's Porous Adsorbent & Catalyst Materials and Process Characterisation Laboratories & Services for two decades, and supported the Monash University tertiary courses Technology Management For Scientists I & II, including lecturing, tutoring and course coordination, and so helped facilitate winning substantial research funds for both Deakin and Monash universities.
