BIO
Jasmine is the Program Manager for The Evidence Exchange, a research translation centre on the commercial and economic determinants of health funded by Deakin University and VicHealth.
She is a public health nutrition researcher and Research Fellow in Food Policy, based at the Global Centre for Preventive Health and Nutrition, Deakin University. Her research explores policies to advance population health, with a focus on corporate policies and practices related to nutrition. Jasmine has led project management for several studies - including the REFORM randomised controlled trial and the BIA-Obesity benchmarking of food company policies. From these projects and more, she has also co-authored several reports advocating for improved food company policies and practices related to nutrition, including in partnership with UNICEF.
She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition Science (Honours) from Monash University.
