DrBrooke Peel

Brooke Peel is a Lecturer in Financial Planning. Prior to joining Deakin University, Brooke has taught at Monash University and the University of Newcastle. Brooke recently completed her PhD in finance at Monash University and is developing a research agenda in the area of investments, market efficiency and behavioural finance. With her combined academic and industry experience researching financial markets, Brooke has strong insights into both academic and applied areas of research. Brooke has presented her work at international conferences including the Asian Finance Association and European Financial Management Associaiton annual meetings. Brooke has served as an ad hoc reviewer for academic journals including the Australian Journal of Management and Global Finance Journal.
