BIO
Thomas Groetsch is an Associate Research Fellow at at Carbon Nexus at the Institute for Frontier Materials (IFM), Deakin University, working at the intersection of applied research, innovation and industry engagement. His research interestes center around carbon fibre manufacture from traditional and novel precursors, composite recycling and life cycle engineering topics along the process chain.
He has contributed to a variety of collaborative projects with industry partners, driving innovation in materials and processes amd scaling reserach from laboratory to pilot scale.
