I am currently undertaking a PhD exploring culturally responsive care in haemodialysis. My research focuses on how clinicians provide care to patients from diverse cultural backgrounds, the challenges they encounter, and ways to improve care so it meets patients’ needs and preferences.

 I have broader research interests in cultural diversity in healthcare and higher education. This includes supporting students in higher education by creating inclusive and psychologically safe learning environments, and supporting clinicians through research, education, and evidence-informed strategies that foster culturally safe environments and promote culturally responsive care.
