BIO

Dr Pennie White is a passionate educator and researcher with leadership expertise in professional learning, capacity building, innovative curriculum development, transformation in digital education and inclusive practice.

 

As Lecturer, Deakin Learning Futures, Pennie supports excellence in teaching and learning in higher education through capacity building in learning design including constructively aligned curriculum, active and innovation learning environments and authentic assessment that empowers students and enriches the quality of the learning experiences and outcomes. Her research expertise is in the field of education includes professional learning, communities of practice, digital technology and inclusion.

 

Pennie White has thirty years' experience in leading learning technology initiatives in education, including professional learning, coaching and cross-sector partnerships involving schools, higher education, government, and industry.
