BIO

Brandon Nguyen is a Research Fellow with Deakin Health Economics where his work focuses on evaluation of health technology assessment submissions made to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee (PBAC) and Medical Services Advisory Committee (MSAC) in Australia and the Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE) in Singapore.

 

Brandon brings interdisciplinary expertise in economics and pharmacology, underpinned by a Master of Health Economics and bachelor's degrees in both Commerce (Finance/Economics) and Science (Pharmacology). Brandon has extensive experience in health technology assessment encompassing clinical evidence appraisal, decision-analytic modelling, and budget impact analysis across a range of therapeutic areas. His work supports evidence-based policy decisions and resource allocation, strengthening how health systems demonstrate value-for-money.
