BIO

Sahan J. Fernando is a PhD candidate at Deakin Business School. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. His research interests include stakeholder collaboration, waste management, institutional change, and entrepreneurship. He is also a Senior Lecturer at University of Colombo, Sri Lanka and currently on study leave to pursue his PhD.
