BIO
I am a descendent of Adnyamathanha and Nukunu communities in South Australia. In Victoria, I have ties to Wemba Wemba, Wotjobaluk and Dja Dja Wurrung communities. My research involves studying my own lived understandings of working as an early childhood teacher and the ways in which (adult) dis/ability is experienced in the early childhood educational workplace. This autoethnographic study moves and intersects between early childhood education, Indigenous perspectives and cultural strengths, and critical dis/ability approaches.
